Description
Cassava is a rich carbohydrate source for human and animals. Lafun is a the name of the fermented flour product obtained after peeling cassava, fermenting for 3–4 days, dewatering, drying, and milling. In spite of its importance as a staple food in many countries, Cassava is still an insufficiently studied and underutilized.
